Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or changing an appointment so the time may be offered to another patient.
Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
If the appointment is rescheduled, the $20 cancellation fee may be applied toward the rescheduled visit.
